Gift Card Terms of Use

Gift cards from Inflow-Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) are digital vouchers that can be redeemed for products on our online store at inflow-studio.com. No physical cards will be issued. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Redemption

• Gift cards can only be used to purchase eligible products on our online store while it remains in operation.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
• If our store ceases operations, outstanding balances will no longer be redeemable. Where required by law, an unused balance may be refunded upon request.
  
  

Validity & Expiry

• Gift cards are valid for up to 5 years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Any balance not used within this time will expire and is no longer available.
• Gift card balances are not transferred to any government or authority.
• These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
  
  

Balance

• The remaining balance of a gift card can be checked by clicking the link in your gift card email or by entering the code at checkout.
  
  

Restrictions

• Gift cards cannot be: reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. Please treat your gift card like cash.
  
  

Refunds & Returns

• Purchases made with a gift card are refundable in the form of store credit or a replacement gift card, in line with our Return Policy.
• Gift cards themselves are non‑refundable and non‑returnable.
  
  

Fraud & Misuse

• We may suspend, cancel, or refuse gift cards if we believe they are being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these Terms.
  
  

Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” updated. Your continued use of a gift card after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
  
  

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This means that your purchase, use, and redemption of a gift card, and any dispute arising out of or relating to it, will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  
  
• If you are resident outside the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection laws and rights applicable in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.
